Reflexology

Treatment that works on the whole body system via the feet. Effective treatment for many health problems and also used widely for relaxation and stress management.

Reflexology enables the body to go into a deep state of relaxation, which allows healing of body, spirit and mind to take place. Particularly effective in helping with sciatica, insomnia, migraine and aches and pains that "won't go away".

Reflexology enables the body to go into a deep state of relaxation, which enables the body to have time out and heal itself.

The use of gentle acupressure enables the therapist to help move congestion / blockages in the system to allow the body to function more effectively.

Reiki

Carried out in conjunction with reflexology. Increases the healing and clarity of the mind. Clients have described a variety of reactions that include a feeling of heat, the seeing of colours and, sometimes, spiritual experiences.

This is carried out when we work on the body's exterior energies. This also enables the system to go into deep relaxation and is particularly effective for people who rush around all week and are unable to switch off or empty their heads of worries / concerns.

No physical contact takes place but clients feel a variety of positive effects.

Crystal Therapy

Used during Reiki treatment - increases the effectiveness of the reiki and creates a feeling of peace through the healing powers of the crystals.

Clients are drawn to certain crystals, depending upon what their systems need. Crystals are placed on the seven Chakras of the system, which then allows crystal energy to flow into the system. We carry out Reiki healing over the crystals to maximize their effect, helping the body to balance itself. This treatment has been very effective when overcoming sleep problems that are difficult to solve.

Advice is given on the use of crystals at no extra charge.

Balancing of the Chakras via the feet

This treatment has been adapted to help with specific areas where there is congestion within the body system. Many different reactions have been reported.

Treatment Programmes

• All treatments can be carried out in the comfort of your own home.
• Treatments are carried out following a full consultation.
• Treatments cannot be carried out if any foot infection is present.
• Reflexology doesn't tickle! The amount of pressure applied prevents it.
• Reflexology is NOT massage. It is a treatment using pressure at designated areas on the feet.
• Prices range from £20 to £25 per visit, depending upon the travelling distance.

Party Nights

Also available are party nights, where up to three people can be treated plus the hostess. Treatments are cheaper with the offer and there is a further discount for the hostess. More details on request. Please contact us by email.

Talks and Demonstrations

Talks and demonstrations can be booked on reflexology, crystals and mandmade card making for a small charge to cover travel costs.

During talks advice is also given on stress management including how to balance busy schedules and slow down the pace of life..
